Hi, I’m David Faulkner—but most people just call me Davo.
This site is where I document my work, share what I’m learning, and connect with others who care about the future of artificial intelligence—its foundations, ethics, and real-world deployment.
My path hasn’t been traditional. I started in one of the poorest school systems in the U.S., spent years in audio production and logistics, and eventually returned to earn a degree in computer science—with a 4.0 GPA and a clear focus: to help build AI systems that are secure, scalable, and aligned with human values.
I created davo.co for a few reasons:
- To share tools, workflows, and insights that might help others
- To chronicle my own journey into AI research and graduate-level study
- To connect with researchers, collaborators, and curious minds
My work is grounded in systems thinking, logic, and a deep respect for ethical development. I believe intelligence—human or machine—isn’t sacred, but systemically fascinating. That mindset shapes how I think about cognition, infrastructure, and the long road ahead.
If that resonates with you, you’re in the right place.
Let’s explore what thinking machines can become.
